COVID-19 stress is certainly taking it’s toll on all of us, huh?

I know I have been feeling the stress as my husband and I do our best to make the right decisions to keep our family safe and healthy, juggle our full-time jobs, entertain and care for our toddler around the clock, and worry about our parents and grandparents (oh! the worrying!).

There have been more than a couple of moments of eye-rolling, sharp tongues, and tears as we adjust to this new (temporary) normal.

Maybe you and your partner were all too familiar with these moments of frustration and disconnection before COVID hit, and now you are wondering,

“How will we get through this? Will our relationship last?”

In fact, maybe you clicked to read this article after reading that divorce rates are climbing in China. “Please don’t let that be us,” you thought.

You’re scared because the future is unknown.

In so, so many ways right now.

But you know you want your relationship to be stronger. You know you love this person you’ve built a life with.  You want to be a team through this, supporting each other, coming out maybe even stronger than you were before.

When our relationships are going well, we face challenges and crises with more resiliency.  This is science!  We need connection.

BUT when we’re fighting with our partner because we just got off a conference call with work from our makeshift office (hello, corner of my bedroom!), we haven’t gotten a workout in three days (why didn’t I buy that Peloton?), we just found out our sister was put on furlough (and she just bought that new house…) AND here you are, sweetheart—staring at your phone, feeding the kids mac and cheese (again!) while Disney+ is streaming in the background and the house is a mess…

Do we feel connected or does our partner feel like just another person letting us down…while we feel totally alone amidst the chaos.

Relationships don’t change overnight, but I am all for some simple tips to help weather the storm when the crisis hits.

That’s why I created the “Help! Will Our Relationship Survive COVID?” work booklet: 21-pages packed to the brim with comforting reassurance and simple steps you can take to keep your relationship strong during the COVID crisis.

The “Help! Will Our Relationship Survive COVID?” Booklet will help you:

Keep your family sane.

Figure out how to prioritize each family member’s needs to help everyone get through this crisis.

Stop the bickering.

Learn why you are arguing more with your partner about money, sex, parenting, and work since COVID hit…and what to do about it.

Stress Less.

Manage your own stress and overwhelm when it seems like nothing is going right and the world is falling apart.

So that you and your partner can weather this storm as a TEAM with less stress, more love, and a happier family.

You’re not alone in this (even if you haven’t left your house in over a week).

I hope this booklet provides some comforts and begins some good talks and changes between you and your sweetheart.

And if you need additional support working through these issues, please do not hesitate to reach out.
