Relationship Therapy for Couples & Individuals
Navneet joined Love Heal Grow in September and is currently accepting new clients. Her complete bio will be available soon.
I help couples and individuals explore the depths of their feelings, calm their anxieties, and find peace for the past so they can improve the quality of their lives and relationships.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who helps take your most complicated feelings and guides you to unravel them at your own pace, so you can find peace and simplicity in your life again.
It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed when it feels like you’re no longer in control of your life. I’m here to help you learn how to regain control over your life and to trust your intuition so you it becomes your most important tool in life.
I can help you find peace and calmness in your life even in today’s chaos.
My personal experiences with trauma, romantic relationships, anxiety, cultural issues, and assimilation have taught me so much about myself, as well as prepared me to be an excellent therapist.
I will listen to you without bias and judgment, and help you solve any issues you have in your relationships and with yourself.
I can teach you the skills you need to calm your anxieties, speak your truth, and explore your emotions and feelings – all within a safe and accepting space.
My belief is every relationship we have, affects us and changes us in some way.
Understanding the interconnectedness of these relationships and the role they play in our everyday lives is vital when it comes to creating the change we long for.
I welcome clients of all genders, age, ethnicity, class, ability, and sexual orientations.
My goal for my clients is to help them find and renew hope, create peace and space for growth, and begin to strive again in their lives and relationships.
