Natalie Delfin best therapists sacramento california

I help adults who want to feel more secure in themselves and their relationships–you deserve joy, connection, and pleasure in your life.

You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.

I’m the type of therapist who will blend evidence-based methods, affirming & compassionate care, as well as fun & laughter in order to help you get to where you want to go in your life and relationships.

Opening up – especially to a complete stranger – can be scary.

We often minimize the strength and courage that it takes to ask for help.

Making sense of the ways that you connect with yourself and others can also be scary. I am here to join you as you navigate these feelings of fear and vulnerability.

Let me help you tap into the intrinsic resilience and resourcefulness that we all have within us.

The process of seeking out and beginning therapy can be challenging, but it does get easier and that process can be so powerful.

I combine evidenced-based modalities with mindfulness interventions to offer a tailored and unique therapeutic experience for those that I am privileged to work with.

I’m committed to helping folks of all ethnicities, abilities, cultural backgrounds, sexual and gender identities find a safe place to heal.

Your unique challenges, strengths, and life stories will guide me as we collaborate on treatment goals.

I believe that a strong sense of sexual self and sexual health can improve people’s quality of life.

I have a passion for helping those who are navigating non-traditional relationships and identities.

Systemic oppression influences individual behaviors and relationship dynamics. I will keep this in mind in our work together.

I am here to help you recognize how these dynamics impact your relationship with yourself and with others. My goal is to lessen their influence to support you in your healing.

Come as you are. We are all complex, beautiful, and messy creatures.

I will hold space for every version of you. I approach each therapeutic relationship with openness and curiosity, with the intention of creating a warm, safe, and affirming environment for my clients. I do this by using authenticity, creativity, hope, and humor.

A little about me…

I identify as a queer, poly, gender-expansive femme of Mexican descent.  I am a fan of gardening, houseplants, games (table top and video), crafting, and music of all genres. Nothing brings me more joy than regaling my loved ones with delicious food and my offbeat sense of humor.
