My experience as an employee at Love Heal Grow was highly influential in shaping me into the therapist I am today. Megan carries a wealth of knowledge and maintains a warm, supportive and validating approach. I received excellent mentorship while still feeling supported in finding my own unique voice as a therapist. I loved that the team felt cohesive and collaborative. I’m a mom, a “spoonie”, and a student, and I can confidently say I absolutely love working here. Love Heal Grow has provided me the opportunity to create the work life balance I need to do it all, and do it well. The team is so supportive and helpful, and always has been. We/They genuinely care about each other’s well-being and encourage healthy boundaries with work, and promote taking time for self-care whenever possible. I love our practice and love what we do!
