I help individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, worried or unsure of things as they hope for better in the future.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who knows it can be so hard to ask for help–we might feel embarrassed or like we should be able to figure things out on our own. It doesn’t need to be this way!
My approach to therapy is through a liberation and social justice lens.
I believe in acknowledging the dynamics of oppression, the impact of power, and intersecting identities that impact the well-being of BIPOC mental health.
My role as your therapist is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey. I will hold space for you by creating a safe and brave environment.
Brave spaces to me, mean being courageous and understanding discomfort exists, and we can navigate it together.
I can understand the challenges in navigating immigrant family relationships, interpersonal relationships, systemic oppression, and cultural identity.
As a Salvadoran daughter of immigrants and a native Spanish speaker, these are experiences I am familiar with and will support you as you heal.
I am a hopeless romantic.
I am here to help you and your partner learn new ways to connect and have healthier communication. You deserve the love you crave!
I am committed to supporting individuals and couples through the empowerment of their growth and healing.
On a personal note…
I was born in Los Angeles, CA and was raised in Iowa. I moved back to Los Angeles five years ago and now live in Sacramento. I have two fur babies, my dog (Nala) and my cat (Taz). I find joy in being outdoors and trying new foods. I recently got into sushi, and I love it!
