I help individuals and couples learn they no longer need to stay stuck in painful, stressful or upsetting experiences so they can embrace a sense of connection, confidence, and joy.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.

I’m the type of therapist who knows what it’s like to want help that includes a sense of structure in your support–you don’t want to spend therapy with a quiet therapist who just nods their head.
You are ready for change now–and love to dive into resources, exercises, and skill building to help you get to a better place.
There are a million reasons why someone might choose to go to therapy, all of them are good reasons. Whether you’re feeling distant and disconnected, isolated and hurt, insecure and unloved, each struggle you face is worthy of exploration and deserving of healing.
During the many phases of life, relationships with our families, friends, and partners can change.
I believe in creating a non-judgmental space for couples and individuals to safely explore difficult emotions, thoughts, and patterns.
My clients care deeply for others and often are worried that they are “too much”–they don’t want to burden their loved ones, but they often feel worried and alone.
You might get stuck in your thoughts: worried that your friends think you are overreacting or making everything about you, worried that your family doesn’t understand you, worried that you are going to get it wrong in your relationships.
Gosh, it sucks to be in your head sometimes! It doesn’t need to be this way though!
I am committed to truly understanding you, your story, and where you’d like to go next.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will work to help you gain new insights, heal wounds both old and new, and experience growth and empowerment.
Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or starting again, it can be intimidating. And while I can’t promise it will always be easy, I promise to meet you with warmth, patience, and a good sense of humor.
I have experience working with young and middle-aged adults struggling with anxiety and depression, personal and family relationships, finding healing post-breakup, and experiencing difficult life changes.
First and foremost, my work is client-centered. I strive to build meaningful relationships with my clients to help foster resilience and confidence. I recognize the courage it takes to engage in therapy and believe that no matter what brings you, you are deserving of love and acceptance.
I am of the philosophy that if we do anything for just one hour per week, we won’t be very good at it. I often use therapeutic techniques and engaging tools to help clients build their strengths, challenge themselves, and explore their emotions both in and outside of the session.
You deserve to live a life you’re proud of. You deserve fulfilling relationships. You deserve to experience peace and healing. I’m here to help you do that.
I welcome anyone regardless of their age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, class, or ability.
On a personal note…
I am a self-proclaimed Trader Joe’s enthusiast, lover of podcasts, and wannabe tennis player. You can find me doing just about anything to reach my daily step-count, cooking up a great meal for my loved ones, or daydreaming about being the owner to a very cute pitbull one day.
I am excited everyday by the work I do and feel lucky to be part of your journey.
