Trauma & Anxiety
I help individuals and couples on their journey of growth and healing, and work to empower them in achieving personal and relationship goals.
You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you.
I’m the type of therapist who is down to earth while fostering warmth and acceptance so that you can feel comfortable navigating difficult emotions and experiences.
Navigating life isn’t much like the board game we might have played as children.
Life can feel messy, confusing, scary, heavy and sometimes downright unbearable.
There are no instructions. Instead there is a very real human experience that is complex and dynamic.
I am here to relate with you and come alongside you as you walk through both the pain and triumphs of life.
In therapy, we will work together to face the past, present and future. To adjust what isn’t working and strengthen the many gifts which exist within you.
I believe in holding each person and couples’ unique experience for you are the experts of your life.
As your therapist, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I welcome all and feel both honored and humbled to witness the courage it takes for you to turn and embrace your pain and suffering.
My overall goal is for increased clarity and understanding, that it may bring congruency within yourself and the life you desire.
My hope is for you to move forward with more peace and fulfillment in your relationships with yourself and others.
On a side note, just who am I?
I enjoy the wind on my face when riding my Harley. I love to laugh.. a lot (particularly at my own jokes), to create all forms of art and be delighted by the simple things in life. Mostly I love people, relish being in community with others and adore spending time with my wonderful husband, two amazing children, sweet dog Koda and our two spunky dwarf goats Tim and Jim.
